The following outlines the terms & conditions of British Wireless for the Blind Fund. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and you agree to agree with such modification. Orders Orders placed are accepted when you receive our Order Confirmation. British Wireless for the Blind Fund states that such orders may not subsequently be available to be despatched or that we may decide to refuse despatch subject to reasonable grounds. British Wireless for the Blind Fund reserve the right to refuse, prior to you receiving the Confirmation, any or part of an order or to request further information from the customer appertaining to the order. Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to customers under English law, British Wireless for the Blind Fund accept no responsibility for the failure in product despatch where such failure is a result of our inability to do so or on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided that we undertake all reasonable steps to inform you of such within 14 days of the order. In such a case we will either not process any payments or issue a full refund immediately. Please ensure that in placing your order to allow sufficient time for the order to be processed to avoid disappointment in the case of the above mentioned inability or refusal. Delivery Times Delivery times are normally up to 28 days but obviously subject to stock availability. We make every effort to get goods to you as rapidly as possible. Delivery Throughout the United Kingdom Items are delivered by our suppliers carriers only to addresses within the United Kingdom. Cancellation of goods The customer reserves the right to cancel their order, up to and including 7 days after they received the goods if the packaging has not been touched. No reason for this is needed from the customer. The customer will have to pay the cost of returning the goods in their delivered condition. We will reimburse the customer within 30 days of them placing the cancellation order. Disclaimer and Limitations on British Wireless for the Blind Fund's Liability PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM BRITISH WIRELESS FOR THE BLIND FUND DIRECT ARE WARRANTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW, AND NOTHING HEREIN IS TO BE TAKEN TO EXCLUDE OR RESTRICT ANY RIGHTS, WHICH APPLICABLE LAW GRANTS TO CUSTOMERS IN RESPECT OF SUCH PRODUCTS. INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS MAY BE THE SUBJECT OF ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES GIVEN BY THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY, SUCH WARRANTIES ETC ARE NOT ENFORCEABLE AGAINST BRITISH WIRELESS FOR THE BLIND FUND, BUT ONLY AGAINSTTHE COMPANY GIVING THEM.
